The Private School Läte (in English „spring“ or “source”) is a comprehensive school based on Waldorf pedagogy. The principle of the school is to see each person as a whole and multifaceted human being, and the school’s aim is to open the sources of development and self-performance hidden in every child. Our Educational and Cultural Union called Läte is responsible for maintaining and promoting the school.

The Private School Läte first opened its doors on the 1st of September in 2008 with the first grade. Each year the number of classes grows by a new group of first-graders. By the year 2013 – 2014 the school will be a full 6-grade elementary school and will
continue growing into a 9- grade primary school.
