In the first and the second grade pupils study Estonian as native language, mathematics and drawing of shapes. These subjects are taught every morning in the main lesson, where during a period of several weeks one subject is dealt with intensively. This type of learning method is called epochal learning or cycle learning.
After the main lesson the school day is continued by other lessons like music, art, handicraft and physical exercising.
From the first grade our pupils start learning two foreign languages, english and russian.
